Duplicate Bridge Club

FADBC, First Algarve Duplicate Bridge Club - the oldest bridge club in the Algarve is based in the Hotel Baía Cristal in Carvoeiro. Bridge sessions are on Mondays and Thursdays, starting at 2 pm. Vale Del Rei bridge group. We are a small friendly group which meets on Wednesday and Friday afternoons to play Duplicate Bridge. Unlike some of the larger clubs we are very relaxed and maintain a social atmosphere. We break halfway through the afternoon for refreshments outside on the pool terrace to socialise and get to know one another. Our group consists of a variety of nationalities but the accepted language of play is English. The Vale Del Rei Resort Hotel where we meet is close to the EN125, is very easily accessible and has ample parking. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere which we all greatly enjoy. We are happy to welcome beginners and to introduce new players to the game. Introductory lessons can be arranged.
